Travel: Less than 10%
Scope: United States (multiple offices and states with remote employees but focus on physical offices in Atlanta, Dallas, Boston and St. Louis, Uruguay and Luxembourg with partners globally including HR teams in India and Philippines

WHAT YOU GET TO DO
• Lead the US-based HR function and HRBP team to deliver compliant solutions that exceed our internal customer expectations; as well as oversee HR for Uruguay and Luxembourg
• Act as an individual contributor business partner to consult with business leaders on talent, leadership, business strategy/transformation, organizational development and effectiveness, workforce optimization and change management
• Mitigate risk by proactively aligning compliance with federal/state requirement and handling internal employee relations issues (both directly and through the team)
• Drive an agile project methodology for HR projects by documenting/creating processes and using data to drive decisions
• Work closely with the Talent Management CoE teams to solve business problems with people solutions
WHAT ABOUT YOU?
• Experience energizing and leading an HR team of generalists and/or HRBPs in evolving and fast-paced and evolving business environments
• Knowledge of and commitment to HR best practices in employee retention, compensation and benefits management, conflict resolution, program implementation and employment law (including but not limited to ADA, FLSA, and FMLA)
• Exceptional instincts/experiences leveraging HR strategies to drive business outcomes and financial results (Some companies might call this a required Masters or “MBA”; we need someone who understands business and don’t care where you learned it!)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make recommendations by using judgment that is consistent with company culture as well as standards, practices, policies, procedures or governing law
