Job Description
The Enrollment team at Allstate Benefits (AB) supports the implementation of our products involving third party technology solutions. They support the presentation of products for Customers and process that data into policies and payroll deduction files. The team supports the closing of the sale as well as implementation of our products on enrollment platforms, the processing of electronic data and the service of perpetual data files throughout the year.
Enrollment Quality Assurance supports AB and its enrollment partners with compliance and market conduct related issues. The team also manages the communication of needed changes to enrollment systems based on new forms or updated compliance rated matters.
The Enrollment Quality Assurance Sr. Consultant II serves as a liaison between AB and enrollment partners for the review of compliance and market conduct related content built in enrollment systems. This role is directly responsible for working with enrollment partners and other areas of responsibility to help support and coordinate review of compliance related content built into enrollment systems to enroll in AB products.
Key responsibilities:
• Design, implement and manage quality assurance programs to enable delivery of high quality service and output to various acquisition services stakeholders
• Develop and implementing Acquisition Services quality procedures, standards and specifications in conjunction with operating staff and leadership
• Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
• Execute sampling and measurement of productivity and quality of various job functions/steps at individual, team and department levels
• Identify continuous improvements in the business process and quality management procedures
• Define and execute training in partnership with operating staff and leadership as needed to ensure consistent quality delivery
• Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
Job Qualifications
• Previous experience in quality management program development and execution required
• Demonstrated success in improving process effectiveness
• 2-3 years of project management experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include Word and Excel
• Self-starter with a keen sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to function well in high volume and quick turn-around environment
• Advanced written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills required to communicate with internal and external customers
• Advanced leadership skills
• Ability to define and execute training in partnership with operating staff and leadership as needed to ensure consistent quality delivery
**This position is based in Jacksonville, FL; our ideal candidate will live in or near Jacksonville.
