Job Summary: Assists with the day to day operations of the Team Comp Department. Provide administrative support to Nurse Medical Allocators, Case Manager Assistants, Team Lead and Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain established workflows in relation to the Team Comp program.
Sort and deliver information
Data entry of information into claim systems and route appropriately to contacts as needed
Gather and provide non-clinical information internally/externally
Maintain tracking and filing systems
Identify issues and provide recommendations to improve workflow effectiveness and efficiencies
Route incoming calls
Maintain confidentiality by following established Company policies and procedures
Support Case Manager Assistants with daily tasks by providing administrative/clerical support functions for team members
Follow up on time sensitive escalations with appropriate staff
Review claims and update system accordingly as part of the prescreening process
Complete other tasks as requested by management
Skills/Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent , Preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Experience: One to three years’ experience in a similar position. Background in a medical related field.

Above average computer skills, particularly in Windows-based software, with demonstrated ability to navigate between database programs
Experience with computer based-imaging
