General Duties:
• Prepare and update detailed real estate documents requiring high levels of accuracy, including LOI’s, RFP’s, market surveys, tour books and all other professional correspondence as needed.
• Perform final reviews of all externally-focused deliverables for the team ensuring best in class work with no errors or omissions.
• Serve as information resource by conducting client-focused research, assembling data, and performing special projects.
• Complete necessary financial analysis as requested by team
• Prepare necessary marketing materials for pitch materials, including pitch books, placemats, e-marketing campaigns, and client presentation deliverables using branded templates in PPT
• Perform necessary basic edits to marketing materials in InDesign.
• Expert in key technologies that support the sales process such as Aero, Spider/Capforce, Dealio, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, VTS, JLL Pinpoint
• Maintain company database (CRM) to track prospects, clients and deal information.
• Update and maintain Work in Progress (WIP) for each broker monthly.
• Create street maps, tour maps, and aerials including added graphics (such as client logos) as needed.
• Serve as point of contact with brokers and sales leads once strategy is set
• Set timelines and manage workflow; identifies the right internal relationships/resources for active pursuits
• Host calls with team as needed
• Lead Win/loss tracking, debrief/review calls or questionnaires post transaction
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Workplace experience: Minimum of 4 years in administrative support role and real estate background is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat).
