Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting in the daily coordination of projects derived from Tax Quality Risk Management Team and support of Tax line of business. This includes daily management of TQRM Help Desk intake, management of the TQRM Project Tracker, preparation and maintenance of project plans, staffing requirements and communication with internal clients.
Essential Duties:
• Coordinate, monitor and report on the Project Tracker for TQRM team members, NORM Leadership and Tax Leadership. Act as point of contact and monitor project status to all participants. Identify risks and opportunities and escalate as needed
• Coordinate, monitor and report on the TQRM Help Desk system. Use tool to assign questions from the tax field to appropriate TQRM team or outside teams. Provide directions to written guidance on certain topics on our internal intranet site. Ensure that internal clients’ needs are met
• Track project progress and identify and escalate project obstacles to team leader, and communicate with other key stakeholders
• Schedule meetings, including site selection, travel arrangements, preparation of meeting and presentation materials, development of agendas, preparation of minutes in support of assigned projects, distribution of meeting materials, and tracking meeting attendance. May attend meetings as required by project and/or assignment
• Assist with maintenance of Tax Services Authorizations and Tax Quality Dashboard
• Other duties as assigned
Education:
• High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
• 3-5 years’ experience
Technical Skills:
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics, tables, speaker notes & handouts
• Ability to communicate both verbally and written with diverse audiences

• Demonstrates a working knowledge of the technology tools required within assigned responsibilities
