Job Description:
This individual will be responsible for providing analytical expertise in the areas of developing, transforming and utilizing digital data as part of the Digital CMA team that creates digital marketing campaigns and web/mobile self-servicing solutions for Cardmembers in financial difficulty. Responsibilities of analyst involve gathering, manipulating and synthesizing data models and other relevant information to drive project strategy, including
◦ Integrate/transform disparate data sources and apply appropriate data hygiene techniques.
◦ Determine and conduct appropriate exploratory data analyses to generate insights.
◦ Work with unstructured data such as web, voice, text and log files to better understand customer
◦ Maximize the impact of online messaging across business lines to improve efficiency and drive customer loyalty
◦ Work with Business Technology to capture and integrate new data elements into the enterprise data platforms.
◦ Design and implement multi variate testing strategies for program optimization
◦ Measure program and experience performance, refine marketing and servicing strategy based on performance and analytical insight.
Responsibilities:
◦ Facilitate data driven decision making (chat, SMC, click-stream analysis, search analysis, multivariate testing analysis) for digital marketing and web development
◦ Using strong analytical skills provide insights as well as recommendations supported by quantitative analysis to enhance the digital experience, maximize online visitation and completion of self-service methods
◦ Create holistic dashboards that organize and present data that supports key stakeholder goals and objectives.
◦ Evaluate post performance impact on digital testing initiatives (leveraging Adobe Analytics) and make strategic recommendations on future initiatives on both big browser and mobile
◦ Leverage Teradata, Aster for path/pattern analysis to identify critical path to action
◦ Analyze online customer behavior on targeted processes leveraging Adobe Analytics (SiteCat) and determine call volume impact
◦ Collaborate with external vendors to assist with data collection and integration
◦ Create and deliver effective and tailored presentations to project teams and senior management.
◦ Operate as the subject matter expert on web analytics
• Promote a risk-aware culture; ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.

Skills:
◦ BS with strong quantitative coursework (engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science, etc.) and background in web analytics (Omniture/Adobe Insight). Advanced degree highly preferred.
◦ Exposure to A/B and Multivariate testing methodologies
◦ 3+ years of experience with an enterprise SQL type database software product (i.e. Oracle, Teradata, etc.) with an advanced degree or 5+ years of experience with a bachelors degree in a quantitative area.
◦ Strong technical skills (SAS, SQL and Excel) are required
◦ Experience with digital data and digital environment, such as Aster, Hadoop, are highly preferred
◦ Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office required
◦ Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources
◦ Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team
