• Job tasks:
– High volume inbound calls
– Assisting Discover customers with their credit card questions.
– All customer service (no sales)
Work Schedule:
Full-time 40 hours per week with various shifts ranging between the hours of 7:30am and 6:30pm (Tues-Sat) (Sun-Thurs) & (M-F rotational weekends)
Weekend and holiday scheduling is required to meet business needs. (For M-F Rotational, expect to work 3 weekend days per month)
Training Schedule:
Training will be 9 weeks long: Monday – Friday – (8:00am – 4:30pm). Cannot miss any time during training.
