Job Description
This position works directly with customers, sales staff and retail banking to efficiently take and process securities orders and respond to customer inquiries.
Essential Job Duties
Processes securities orders accurately and efficiently for a wide range of customers.
Validates transactions by confirming trade details and processing trades electronically.
Applies specialized knowledge and skills to provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
Identifies customer needs and provides feedback to management.
May participate in department project work.
Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.
Job Requirements
College degree or equivalent work experience required.
1-3 years relevant experience.
Additional Job Requirements:
Certification/License: Series 7 & 63 licenses required.
Knowledge/Abilities/Technical Skills:
Ability to use knowledge and resources to resolve customer problems and inquiries.
Strong customer service focus and communication skills to effectively correspond with a broad range of internal and external customers.
Strong PC skills, including word processing, spreadsheet, internet and internal bank software.
Strong ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
