Job Title
Enterprise Agile Coach, Director
What does a great Enterprise Agile Coach Director do?
You will work closely with Product Development, Product Management, and Senior Management to help implement Fiserv’s agile transformation
You will coach internal stakeholders in approaches for handling transformation blockers and opportunities
Support, coach and help mature other coaches, scrum masters and other leaders
Implement and support continuous improvement of storytelling and communication framework for the organization
You will communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and executives
You will be an expert collaborator, capable of managing multiple initiatives at a time with a high degree of independence
Organize Fiserv exchange events, like Open Spaces, to share company insights
You will select, train and recruit a team of agile coaches in multiple Fiserv locations
Ability to coach teams while building a team of agile coaches
Basic qualifications for consideration:
• Familiarity with organization-wide agile adoption strategies and rollout plans
• Experience participating in an end-to-end value delivery transformation
• Ability to coach cross-functional teams

• Expert in both oral and written communication

• Build effective working relationships with leaders across the enterprise in support of the organizational transformation
• Deep expertise in using agile methods for small and large initiatives
• Experience mentoring and coaching individuals

• Position Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience working with agile methods (Scrum, Lean, XP) in multiple organizations
• 4-year degree from an accredited university or applicable work experience
• Experience improving or transforming a process, group, or organization and leveraging change management techniques to optimize delivery
• 10+ years of experience working with business and technology teams preferred
• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
• Proven ability to analyze, organize, and integrate large amounts of complex information into clear, concise presentations and plans
• Entrepreneurial spirit and high dream to work with an innovative team
• Creative, high-energy, passionate, and flexible
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a leadership role
• Travel Required: Yes, 25%
