The Regional Operations Senior Manager is responsible for the oversight of the administrative and office operational functions within the Central region across multiple offices and client groups. This position partners closely with both firm and regional leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives, including developing effective and efficient policies, leading standardization and the supporting change management. Additional responsibilities will include partnering with leadership and Finance on the development and analysis of key performance indicators and metrics to improve business operations and financial performance. Direct reports will include those personnel tasked with administrative support, operational and facilities functions in the region and/or groups.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of strategy and overall performance of the region’s Administrative and Operational Support functions which might include administrative support, onsite Information Technology (IT) support, facilities and/or document processing
• Lead regional and firm initiatives and process improvement for enhanced consistency and improved efficiencies among administrative teams and client groups
• Manage the teams responsible for delivering administrative and operational support including hiring, training and development, performance management and managing overall headcount
• Partner closely with firm and regional leadership to understand business needs and client expectations and helps lead process improvement, process updates and standardization of administrative operational functions
• Ensure that best practices are shared with other regions, across departments, and location(s); enforces firm policies and procedures, advises on developing new processes where appropriate
• Partners closely with other administrative support departments (i.e. marketing, human resources, finance, & IT) to drive consensus, build support and manage resources
• May oversee facilities and the related maintenance, support teams, services and moves for regional locations
• Partner with finance to analyze region’s operational and financial performance, forecast data and evaluates progress toward business trends, goals and objectives
• Complete special projects by developing and executing against plans, budgets and timelines
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience in a complex organization required; including demonstrated involvement with building and leading high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive culture; experience in professional services environment preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills with the ability to quickly build relationships to influence the accomplishment of organizational goals
• Strong aptitude for and experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions
• Experience with implementing and managing change in an organization that is re-engineering its process and structure
• Proven interpersonal skills, including the ability to resolve disputes, negotiate and observe confidentiality; strong written and verbal communication skills
• Direct experience in developing, motivating, and managing teams to provide the highest level of service
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage large projects across multiple disciplines, functional groups and locations
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a business partner to leadership, build rapport with all levels and influence as needed
• Ability to travel as needed, approximately 20%
