Manages and directs the Trust Services functional area. Works to ensure the success of the Trust Services department, including the development of departmental objectives and goals. Provides high level support and problem resolution working closely with Trust Administrators/Officers, as well as intra-departmental staff and external vendors to enhance client service levels. Develops and implements Departmental Services Standards. Completes ongoing monitoring/assessment of the department’s performance relative to these standards. Plans and directs all Trust Services processes and procedures. Identifies opportunities for process improvement/efficiencies and implements accordingly. Mitigates Operational Risk, including managing all internal and external audit and compliance requirements; i.e. documentation requests, responses to findings, updating walkthroughs, completing Sarbanes-Oxley reviews and assertions. Compiles data and creates spreadsheets for research or reporting purposes. Reports and explains variations to statistics monthly. Works with other Senior Managers in Trust on interdepartmental oversight (includes serving on Senior Management Trust Committee and FIS System Enhancement Committee; participating in Manager’s Meeting). Administers vendor management, including risk review and SSAE16 assessments. Provides system enhancement support and problem resolution upon escalation. Leads project teams related to Trust Services. Participates in and/or leads multi-departmental project teams as they pertain to IM &T, including conversions. Reviews performance and develop individuals’ goals and objectives. Responsible for management and non-management back-up functions. Approves the performance reviews completed by the Assistant Trust Services Manager. Completes daily processing tasks for absent staff members or Assistant Trust Services Manager, as required. Guides the Assistant Trust Services Manager in training, coaching, staff development, and performance management. Oversees the staff members in the absence of Assistant Trust Service Manager.

Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
2. Minimum of five (5) years Trust related experience is required. Previous management experience strongly preferred.
3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal relations are required.
4. Proficient computer skills with MS Word, Excel, Access and/or related software are required. Ability to learn company utilized systems is also required.
5. CSOP designation required (must obtain within two (2) years of hire if not already held).
6. Minimal travel and a valid driver’s license are required.
