Administrative Coordinator

Key Performance Areas
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support and carry out general clerical duties. The ability to think proactively and adapt to changing priorities is critical.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Establish and maintain communication as administrative liaison between managers, employees, and visitors
• Scheduling and preparing for meetings, customer visits, candidate interviews, office supplies and office food & beverages
• Maintain administrative workflow, implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cost
• Analyze operating practices to create and revise procedures
• Coordinate and perform mail or delivery of outgoing correspondence and packages
• Serve as backup for sales order processing functions
• Administer site contracts and assist in contract renewal
• Coordinate travel arrangements, front desk coverage, and meeting minutes as needed
Your Profile
A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position. Sandvik Special Metals LLC does business with the Department of Defense, the Defense Agencies and this position will require U.S. citizenship. You have proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Suite and general computer skills. You handle confidential information appropriately, ensure security and discretion.
You are detail-oriented, proactive, and have a proven history of successfully working on a project from start to finish. You take a hands-on approach to solving problems and delivering solutions. Your communication and interpersonal skills are excellent, as are your organizational and trouble-shooting skills.
