The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the operations of the marketing, communications, and digital teams.
Marketing:
• Review and proofread all marketing materials to ensure content is well positioned, grammatically correct, and adheres to brand guidelines
• Own third party marketing material fulfillment relationship to include distribution of materials to the third-party site, audit of the site to ensure material is current, manage inventory and invoicing, and ensure a positive user experience.
• Provide analytic analysis regarding usage and cost of material
• Build a social media library from existing marketing materials and identify opportunities to further improve library content
• Own and coordinate updates to brochures that reside in multiple NYL organizations
Communications:
• Manage the intake, communications calendar, compliance approval, and execution of all communication requests
• Maintain and update all distribution lists
• Provide analytic analysis regarding communication engagement, provide observations and recommendations based on data findings on a monthly, semi-annual, and ad hoc basis.
• Identify data collection and reporting process improvement opportunities
• Improve design of communication templates to drive greater engagement
• Distribute PEAK, a weekly market commentary to subscribing Advisors
Digital:
• Manage the digital audit report to ensure all digital assets are compliant
• Respond to all digital requests via Eagle Post, an internal SharePoint system
• Monitor all digital channels to ensure a positive user experience
• Provide appropriate access to digital channels
• Maintain Find and Advisor feature on the public website
As the Marketing Coordinator with deep insight into the process and workflow associated with the execution of programs associated each discipline, make recommendations and institute change to improve workflow and the end product.
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail
• Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize to meet aggressive goals and timelines
• Strong, task-oriented, positive can-do attitude individual who is organized ability to be flexible
•Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
•Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Preferred experience in Salesforce, Eloqua or similar communication distribution software, and SharePoint
