The Account Manager, Healthcare will identify and pursue sales opportunities, build commercial contacts with and support the appointed dealer network, in line with the vendor/partner agreements and sales plan, in order to realize the formulated sales objectives on lease penetration rate, new business volume and vendor/partner profitability.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to country market and sales plan
• Contribute to the market and sales plan and targets, within boundaries of BU strategy and vendor/partner agreements.
• Analyze and understand relevant market (business of vendor/partners, dealers and end-users)
• Identify market segments and target opportunities
• Contribute to sales plan, align vendor/partner/dealer plan to sales plan and get approval
Account plan dealer
• Define and implement a dealer plan and targets in order to give systematic direction to and control over dealer support, sales and relationship activities.
• Analyze dealer business, organization & decision making structure
• Set dealer sales forecast, budget and objectives and determine support and sales tactics and activities in dealer plan
• Get approval on dealer plan and inform/lease with relevant parties on plan
Sales lead origination
• Identify sales opportunities with dealer organization and ensure follow up of opportunities within DLL sales organization.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in cooperation with dealer
• Visit dealer relations and prospective dealers, bringing to attention the vendor/partner program opportunities, in order to gain dealer support for vendor/partner program and originate quote requests.
• Contact (visit/call)dealer relations and prospective dealers on collaboration opportunities or dealer relations on existing agreements
Bring in application programs
• Generate and distribute quote proposals and rate cards to dealers and partners, on basis of quote requests.
• Set-up lease quotes and enter quote determinants
• Generate payment plan, pricing, quote proposals and rate cards; distribute quote proposals and rate cards
Dealer support
• Support dealers and partners in their business activities, aiming at maximum exposure and knowledge of vendor/partner program with associated dealers.
• Organize and provide information and training to dealers and partners on program
• Support dealer interactions with end users from a financing expertise perspective
• Signal improvement opportunities during program life cycle and introduce new and cross sell existing products and services to dealer, in order to optimize service delivery.
• Introduce new and cross sell existing products and services to dealers
• Develop commercial interdependencies to expand lease penetration rate
Complex transactions/deals
• Structure complex transactions/big deals with (local big) dealer deviating from program agreement, in order to meet dealer business needs.
• Structure complex transactions/big deals deviating from program agreement
• Balance interests of dealer organization, end-user and DLL
Programs local dealers
• Develop, implement and roll out program agreement in cooperation with local dealer
• Lliaise with all functional disciplines on program development
• Align all sales and operations activities to new program needs
• Monitor and manage program performance
• Manage dealer and partner relationships throughout the relationship life
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Professional level (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in U.S.) with solid insight and experience in the finance market and relevant lease market (incl. Assets).
• Solid insight in local dealer organization structure, its distribution channels and vendor/partner agreements
• Experience structuring big deals (multiple functionalities, multiple parties)
• Experience with new and existing business relationships of big local dealer
• Ability to develops and implement a dealer account plan for a competitive and diversified local market and has (within the sales plan) more freedom to act on dealer and local market demands
• Two working days per year volunteering for a local charity
