Job Description Summary
Responsible for processing requests as well as responding to emails regarding agent recognition including SMD and Executive Level Advancements, Watch and Ring earners, and Contest winners. Review Salesforce cases regarding Points, Agent Recognition, Errors and Omission (E&O) and Producer Stock Purchase Program issues from internal and external customers. Provides administrative support for the Producer Stock Purchase Program, including processing enrollment and distribution requests as well as participating in yearly Aegon and Price Waterhouse Copper (PwC) audits. Sets up automated commission tables, replacement check and month end point closing processes. Responsible for producing daily and monthly company production reports for Executive management.
Responsibilities
• Review points, recruits, and cash flow on a monthly basis to determine SMD and Executive Level Advancements, Watch and Ring earners, and Contest winners.
• Reviews and researches commission audit reports to ensure commission transactions are processed correctly. Maintains daily spreadsheets of all changed transactions and compile reports for management.
• Maintains Automated Commission Tables (ACT) including the review of ACT and Field Manual to ensure they are in sync. Reviews commission-related information and makes recommendations for changes.
• Researches and resolves evaluated commissions and points issues.
• Supplies various detailed reports for field agents, internal companies, and departments.
• Provides response as required via phone, email, Salesforce and workflow queue pertaining to commissions, points, and incentive programs and Errors and Omissions.
• Assists in creating test conditions, performs testing of new IT systems/programs as well as system enhancements to existing programs as it relates to commissions, points, and recruits.
• Processes all inquiries regarding open checks for possible replacement
• Serves as back-up to other team members
• Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
• Associates in business or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in industry.
Preferred Qualifications
• Intermediate computer skills with particular expertise when using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel required.
• Demonstrated ability to retrieve/modify data using SQL/TSQL queries
• Self-motivated and work independently with limited supervision.
• Proven problem solving ability and a willingness to think “outside-the-box”.
• Strong organization, and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills including ability to communicate with agents and internal personnel via sound written and verbal techniques, while creating win-win situations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of WFG Points, Commissions, and Hierarchy structures.
• Knowledge of WFG product and field structure strongly preferred.
