Warehouse Lending Client Specialist
Job Purpose:
Supports the clients of the Mortgage Warehouse Lending Group. Responsible for the onboarding and on-going maintenance of specialty products and services, and for referring clients with other service needs to the appropriate FTB business line.
Duties & Responsibilities:
50% Manages the daily funding process for applicable customers, which includes (but not limited to) advance requests, customer support and product inquiries. Works closely with Warehouse Lending Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers to support the specialty related aspects of the relationship.
20% Sales Related Activities. Develops in-depth knowledge of bank specialized products and assist customers in account set ups. Service customers' via telephone and counsel on products that align with banking needs.
20% Customer Service/Administration. Assists with client inquiries about products, services and policies; researches and corrects account discrepancies. Works closely with the RMs and PMs on products, services and solutions. Responds to questions and requests involving loan balances and account activity.
10% Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education Required: Bachelors
Education Preferred: Bachelors
Experience Required: 0-2 years (General banking, transaction and customer service experience)
Experience Preferred: 2-4 years
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Training/Systems
Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills. Proficient with applicable computer software. Good written and oral communication skills. Good organizational and customer service skills. General banking/operations experience. Excellent analytical and customer support skills.
Work Schedule:
M-F (8AM-5PM)
