• My Facilities WO Management and Analytics
• Lead implementation of Management-of-Change & Contractor Safety Management requirements
• Daily Fast Response Reporting
• Provide support of GM/UAW Safety Audit Process as Champion for one safety module
• GMS Basketweave and BPD initiatives
Provide support for the following:
• Stakeholder and Tennant Meetings for open WO
• Contractor Services and Safety Plans
• Purchase Orders and Invoicing
• Safety Observation Tours
Understanding of Building Systems:
• Building Maintenance
• Data Centers
• Security and Locks
• Building Utility & Piping Systems
• Energy Conservation Understanding of Life/Safety Systems
• Fire Life Safety Systems
• Evacuation Plans Understanding of Environmental Health & Safety
• Waste Removal
• OSHA, State, and Local Regulatory Compliance
• HAZMAT (Hazardous Material) Compliance
• Environmental Compliance Initiatives
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Coordinate Employee PTO/Vacation Scheduling and Coverage
• Ensure 100% Employee Safety Training Compliance
• Support cost saving initiatives
• Support KPI Performance Metrics
• Provide PTO coverage support for E1, On Demand, Conference Room Setups, and various daily business functions
Education/training
• Associates degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field
• 2+ years’ experience with Facility or Property Administration
• Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations
• Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
• Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
• Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills
Strong organizational skills and collaborative style
