Working with a Digitization of Service Lead, you will contribute to project success by producing clear and concise business analysis, identifying and quantifying the impact of business problems and building business cases using a flexible and adaptive approach that emphasizes teamwork and collaboration across business units. You will play a critical role in identifying and deploying new technologies that can transform Fidelity’s Customer Service Experience.
The Team
The Enterprise Digitization of Service team accelerates the delivery of a frictionless digital service experience across the enterprise. Collaborate with business units to identify and deploy new technologies and scale existing capabilities to deliver our customer an industry-leading digital customer experience.
The Expertise You Have
• A minimum of three to five years’ experience with cross-functional, agile teams
• You are a self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, and focused on keeping progress moving forward not only for yourself but for the entire team.
• Financial services experience or experience in an industry that is complex, multi-channel and regulated.

• You have a demonstrated track record of work on projects that achieve tangible results.
• You value pace over perfection, enjoy big picture and hands on work and are a collaborative partner who values commitment to a team.
The Value You Deliver
• Providing analytical support to understand the customer experience using data from operational processes and digital flows and making recommendations on how to improve.
• Report on the digital efforts, accomplishments and quantifiable results, elevating organizational awareness of the DoS efforts as well as ensuring we meet agreed to objectives.
• Synthesizing complex data from multiple, disparate sources across the business units and present analysis, insights and themes in a simple clear way
• Participate in the prioritization of work to deliver customer value based on impact
• Developing and evolving ideas via ongoing dialogue with partners and senior leaders that brings together client needs, emerging technology, financial trends and Fidelity’s enterprise goals.
• Working with other squad leaders to ensure customer experience delivered by each BU are valuable to the consumer, and ideally cohesive across the firm.
• Gain knowledge of Fidelity’s products and delivery channels to develop new and effective digital solutions for our clients
