Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
• Train and lead staff
• Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
• Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science
Certification(s) Preferred:
Global Professional in Human Resources and/or a Senior Professional in Human Resources, Workday Services functional certification, and/or engagement manager certification.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success assisting large employers with improving the performance of their human resources organization including the following areas: - Improving the delivery of HR services; - Implementing HR technologies; - Aligning HR strategy and people strategies with business strategies; - Streamlining and standardizing HR policies, practices, and processes; and, - Transforming the HR organization to be more effective in managing human capital and supporting the business units.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success learning and performing in functional and technical capacities, including the following areas: - Implementing system applications, software configurations, and XML or other related coding in HR technological product suites including Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Netsuite, Taleo, or other SaaS and On-Premise ERP; - Utilizing PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and business levels of fluency in multiple languages to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently while emphasizing the ability to capture effectively clients' needs and understand their systems enough to be able to translate those needs in to system functionality; and, - Producing deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborating effectively across teams, and juggling multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
