Description
Position Goals:
Coordinate, establish, maintain, promote and sell Merchant Card Processing Program services.
Direct Management Received:
Under the general guidance of Director of Treasury Management & Merchant Processing Sales.
Direct Management Exercised:
None
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Promote and sell merchant card processing program through a blend of personal prospecting as well as partnering to develop internal and external referrals
2. Manage the prospect sales process including the creation of sales materials and proposals for potential customers.
3. Actively partner with, train and educate partner lines of business on the Merchant Card Products and Solutions offered
4. Maintain client records for merchant card clients.
5. Prepare weekly/monthly sales and activity reports for Sales management.
6. Review and manage merchant card customer account activity to ensure profitability and manage charge backs.
7. Conduct annual review of ach and merchant card customer files and when appropriate, partner with Business and Commercial Bankers for client relationship reviews.

Requirements
Position Requirements:
Education - Associates degree in business, marketing or related field.
Experience - Over three (3) through five (5) years of business development, sales experience or related financial
services experience.
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or educational equivalent in business, marketing or related field.
