We are currently seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join the Life & Retirement Field HR Talent Acquisition team. Working out of our downtown office, this position will support Group Retirement hiring needs with goal of developing and implementing best in-class recruitment strategies to support the growth of the business.

Client Relationship Management
• Build great working relationships and act as a strategic talent advisor with Leaders, HR Partners, and Hiring Managers
• Implement selection process improvement
• Conduct hiring manager recruitment and interview training
• Understand the business and labor market and be consultative
Recruitment Strategy
• Develop and implement recruitment strategy for wide variety of roles from entry level to Management.
• Design and implement recruitment marketing / advertising strategies..
Execute full life-cycle recruiting process
• Build clear candidate and position/performance profiles
• Contact with each and every hiring manager on search timeline, milestones and sourcing plans
• Recruit / Source, screen and interview candidates
• Assess candidate’s competency to include job fit, motivational fit and culture fit
• Complete the recruiting process, including facilitating selection, negotiating offers and owning the relationship between the candidate and AIG
• Manage requisitions through the Applicant Tracking Tool (Workday Recruiting)
• Provide progress reports Hiring Managers
• Meet with hiring managers and learn critical aspects of position, indicators of success, and ideal candidate profile
• Identify and utilize internal and external resources available to assist in proactively seeking talent in a competitive recruiting environment
What we are looking for
• Results-oriented professional with the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and somewhat ambiguous corporate environment.
• 6+ years of recruitment experience including both agency and corporate recruiting
• Ability to recruit at all levels from entry level to senior level searches
• Must have experience partnering with executives to implement recruiting strategies
• Ability to think critically
• Incredibly well organized with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to process changes and different technology systems
• Proficiency with automated applicant tracking tools, Email Systems, web-based recruiting resources and MS Office
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization
• Financial Services industry experience is preferred
