Job Description:
• Prepare sales/use tax returns
• Assist with pulling/copying invoices and other supporting documentation
• Entering data into spreadsheets
• Analyze data to find errors and discrepancies
• Prepare mailings to clients and tax authorities
• Assist with processing of tax returns when needed
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• Looking for someone that is energetic, eager to learn, works well in a team environment
• Be willing to travel if necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Vertex Tax Return System is a plus
