The marketing campaign specialist will support a variety of marketing initiatives through content development, analytics and reporting, event management, social media interaction, and more.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. He or she has solid critical thinking and discernment, coupled with an attention to detail, impeccable follow through, and superb communication skills. As a generalist, and all around solid “utility player,” this role:
• Supports the execution of all campaign elements including email invites, registration pages, and microsite/landing pages, and coordinates with other team members as needed for collateral and other sales enablement
• Is a key liaison with the PR agency, facilitating SME contributions with agency account reps
• Compiles and prepares data/content for quarterly performance pieces, flyers, presentations, proposals, business cards, videos, and other recurring collateral
• Performs general administrative duties to support the marketing team
• May perform special projects as directed by the Senior Marketing Associate
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
• Knowledge of and experience with the B2B customer nurturing journey
• Agile and professional; able to “read the room” and change course as needed to better meet internal and external customer expectations
• Able to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail, working with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities
• Solid critical thinking skills; able to constantly glean insights to help improve processes and messaging
• Understanding of branding, graphic design, and project budgeting
• Able to work effectively both individually and within a team environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Google Analytics, HTML, and WordPress/content management web systems a plus
• A working knowledge of Salesforce, Hubspot, and online conference systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; extensive experience with business writing, proofreading, social media messaging, and creative copy editing skills
EDUCATION:Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role. Experience in the financial services or investment field preferred.
