IT Project Mgmt Professional II
Job Summary
To perform a review on Project Plan Document, and Project Funds Draw-Down Request Form.
Major Responsibilities:
• Assist project to follow ITPD (Project Life Cycle), standardized WBS structure, and documentation format
• Provide guidance on how to apply ITPD on their project plan, and assist to resolve project issues/risks
• Validate the feasibility of project plan (Schedule/Scope/Resource Plan/Cost)
• Review and validate the rational of Change Control Request
• Identify project issues/risks by reviewing the project plan, and encourage project team to prepare a resolution/mitigation plan.
• Provide hands on support and training for ITPD and tool set (Microsoft Project/ePLC(In-house System)/PPP(In-house System)
• Identify and report for any non-compliance projects, and support project team to align with ITPD quickly.
Qualifications:
• Approx. 3-5 years in Business analysis/IT Project Management role, and experience with Waterfall/Agile.
• Ability to lead related parties with different interests to reasonable consensus.
