Bank Operations Processor
Full Time
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
The Bank Operations Processor supports internal and external customers with client inquires regarding bank products, services and account maintenance as well as researching and resolving discrepancies within the customers files.
Specific responsibilities to include:
• Ensuring customer records are correct and reflect the most current documented information.
• Completing and routing requests as needed while updating various systems with clear and concise details.
• Working with all lines of business as well as Financial Centers to provide superior customer service and maintain a high level of service quality.
• Maintaining productivity of 92%
• Completing Compliance training and follow policy and procedures
Requirements
Minimum 2-4 years Hogan, Signature Cards and Authorization Papers required.
2-4 years Microsoft Office, Keyboarding and Balancing preferred.
Knowledge of debits/credits and balancing.
Basic keyboarding and 10key by touch.
Ability to type 30 wpm.
Work in fast paced environment with minimal errors.
Must be able to meet deadlines, work under pressure & pay close attention to detail.
Good telephone etiquette is required.
Other duties as assigned.
