Job Title Conversion Analyst, Sr
The Role
You will perform very broad and challenging product support tasks to ensure that projects and requests for clients are processed expeditiously and accurately. Principal work activity may include developing support plans, analyzing and determining requirements and providing necessary specifications to programming, providing consultation to client before, during, and after support task, interpreting existing systems of client and work-flows, communicating progress and potential problems to management for awareness and resolution. Generally, you are expected to be able to work independently of supervisory and technical help with only limited assistance ever necessary. In addition to the above duties you will asked to perform data analysis in order to compile detailed business analysis reports for senior management.

The successful person will be able to define issues, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Additionally, you will coach, cross-train, train, assist, and mentor junior associates and clients.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure predictable, consistent, and successful client request delivery
• Design and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, Key Performance Indicators and other business tools to assist strategists and executives
• Receive data in numerous file formats, including CSV and TXT, and use Excel and SQL to transform and manipulate the data as needed.
• Communicate timely and professionally with all stakeholders and internal teams. Communicate progress and any potential problems to Program Manager for awareness and/or resolution. Proactively communicate progress on an on-going basis, ensuring transparency.
• Provide consultation to the client before, during and after task assignment, including the development of new department procedures the assigned task may necessitate.
• Interpret client’s existing systems and workflows through and including the balancing of data.
• Ensure success criteria defined upfront to promote alignment and actively manage to expected client request outcomes.
• Maintain the tools used to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the product support process. Keep Fiserv systems and tools updated (i.e. tracking system, artifacts, questionnaires, work estimates, timelines, etc.). Ensure all required artifacts are created, accurate, up to date and stored in the correct sites/network folders to adhere with PMO Governance rules.
• Keep all stakeholders (internal & external) engaged in the request, aligned on expected outcomes and informed about what is occurring throughout request.
• Uses limited independent judgment to make decisions based on precedents and established guidelines. Solves problems using standard procedures and precedents.
• Provide training to the client before, during and after product support tasks. Including the correct use of the Fiserv system and on-line terminal assistance, as well as daily application balancing procedures. This may involve question and answer sessions, workflow and billing questions.
• Uses good judgment on when to refer or escalate issues to Project Manager or Program Manager vs when to handle such issues directly.
• Reporting, monitoring request hours and costs vs SLA’s. Making management aware of overages. Report on activities of the program, via various documents and program review meetings.
• Work from oral or written instructions and complex technical specifications, technical data, and business documents.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum # years’ experience required: 5
• Type of work experience required: Business Analysis
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
• Education: Master of Business Administration
• Experience: Banking or Print industry
Travel required: Less than 5%
