Position Summary
The Senior Digital Marketing Partner will be an expert in digital marketing strategies and tactics. Manages the company's products and brand online while driving demand generation campaigns. Develops digital strategies and lead generation campaigns to support marketing programs and customer engagement strategies, utilizing search, all forms of display, paid social media, native ads, mobile applications and owned media to drive measurable, inbound marketing results. Experienced in B2B marketing, marketing automation, account based marketing, and leveraging content. Tracks and reports digital marketing key performance indicators and identifies, recommends and executes improvements for optimizing strategy, budget allocations and end-to-end customer experience (e.g. funnels, inbound marketing, lead nurturing, conversion/touch points). This particular job will develop new digital channels and adopt new technologies for the benefit of the Commercial Banking and Small/Medium Enterprise business lines.
This role:
• Develops annual campaigns and manage associated budgets for assigned digital marketing area.
• Manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns, employing an integrated mix of digital demand generation tactics.
• Direct development, execution and optimization of campaigns, targeting strategies and creative design to promote products or services.
• Perform analysis and provide recommendations to improve and optimize marketing campaigns (impressions, Click through rate /CTRs, registration, conversions, etc.).
• Oversee digital media planning; collaborate with agencies and internal partners for paid digital media and/or work directly with technology and media partners to manage media plan.
• Analyze marketing program execution to identify opportunities to deliver greater return on investment. Develop and optimize key production indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for marketing and sales teams by demonstrating and coaching best practices of digital marketing.
• Provide recommendations to senior leadership on how to expand digital marketing capability including talent, skills, tools and platforms to maximize the digital channel reach and effectiveness.

Qualifications
Required Experience
• Requires deep knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
• Typically viewed as a specialist within discipline.
• May have broad knowledge of project management.
• Requires 7 years minimum prior relevant experience.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree
Skills
• Demonstrated competence and knowledge of overall digital marketing (e.g. website, social media, mobile applications, E-sales tools) with ability to turn digital activity into meaningful marketing and business results. Must have experience planning, developing and executing complex marketing programs.
• Must have experience planning, developing and executing complex marketing programs, with experience in the B2B space. Account Based Marketing experience a plus. Marketing automation experience a plus.
• Able to work independently with minimal direction while successfully meeting project objectives and managing multiple tasks within strict deadlines.
• Able to work in fast paced environment while staying flexible to frequently shifting tasks and objectives.
• Proven ability to drive analytical insight, pulling key conclusions from data and proposing meaningful hypotheses.
• Demonstrated experience in project management both independently and as a member of cross-functional team.
• Demonstrated impeccable written, speaking and reading abilities in addition to excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills as shown through maintenance of good working relationships both inside and outside the organization.
