Join us as an Exchange Services Associate, where you will be the key contact in servicing, educating, and resolving day-to-day transaction-based issues for our institutional clients.
The Team
The Exchange Services Associate (ESA) will be responsible for critical aspects of the trade execution and confirmation process, including identifying and escalating trade discrepancies, resolving trading and exchange-related disputes, and providing key external client support.
To be effective, you will work closely with the aligned Institutional client pod team, including the Relationship Manager and Client Service Manager to ensure understanding of client operational and trading needs as well and drive overall satisfaction. With your knowledge and commitment, you will become a collaborative and resourceful member of the Fidelity team, sharing best practices and driving successful results.
The Expertise You Have
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 5+ years of execution support experience
• Deep knowledge of Institutional clients, accounts (e.g. hedge funds), and trade execution
• Relationship building skills across team, business unit, and national peers
• Proven delivery of world-class service experience
