Responsibilities:
CONSULTING
1. Partners and development relationships with all internal and external customers to ensure needs are met based on segment model
PROCESS MANAGEMENT
1. Executes employer-directed/ plan level financial transactions (examples may include fund exchanges and de-conversions)
2. Responds accurately to assigned research requests via email tracking system within established timeframes
3. Proactively escalates and creates options for group issues on files, setup and processing phases
4. Maintains group data for assignments accurately and timely in the associated reporting system
SYSTEMS
1. Analyzes paperwork and sets up defined contribution plans based on system requirements
2. Loads files and data into applicable systems
3. Performs maintenance on group plans in the record keeping system
4. Audits participant records for accuracy of data load
5. Tests systems to ensure plan/participant level operations meet Group requirements
DATA ENTRY
1. Enters data timely and accurately in various processing/informational systems as required to complete plan maintenance
2. Coordinates with fund and/or third party financial services companies for set up of accounts
3. Maintains and distributes fund updates and/or matrices to internal business partners
4. Processes plan maintenance on various data processing/informational systems
5. Interacts with fund company service contacts to resolve trading discrepancies and/or rejects as needed
TEAMWORK
1. Utilizes team resources to optimize results
2. Continually seeks and shares Subject Matter Expertise with team to ensure cross-functional processing

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or four years of directly related work experience
2. Proficient in MS Office Suite
3. Strong research and analytical skills
3. Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal
4. Ability to manage multiple projects as assigned
5. Knowledge of retirement or pension plans is preferred
