Responsibilities
• Assist with coordinating the planning, preparation and execution of campus events
• Ensure candidate activity, candidate information, and recruiting documents are accurately reflected within the firm’s applicant tracking system
• Assist with scheduling interviews on campus and in office
• Request payment for event and scholarship invoices
• Monitor online job postings to ensure firm wide consistency and quality
• Assist with the advertisement of available positions by posting to campus sites, internal and external job boards, and manage candidate responses to positions
• Create offer letter requests
• Coordinate campus giveaways & handouts
• Generate recruiting reports, spreadsheets, and documents upon request
• Assist in summer programming coordination
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• High School degree or equivalent preferred
• One to two years office experience preferred
• Ability to provide exceptional client service and exhibit a sense of urgency, attention to detail, commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team environment and with all levels
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle matters confidentially
• The approximate end date for this role is November 2018
• The approximate hours per week for this role is 40
