Overview
The First Republic Brand Strategy team is focused on delivering digital and personal relevance to First Republic clients and prospects. The team oversees the firstrepublic.com property as well as digital advertising.
The Marketing Manager, Analytics & SEO supports First Republic web properties in the following areas: leads the implementation, optimization and measurement of SEO, monitors/analyzes, reports on analytics to identify opportunities for site optimizations and oversees web governance and risk, inclusive serving as an internal Accessibility subject matter expert. Position will work closely with multiple groups across the organization including Digital Technologies, Digital Channels and Data Analytics.
Responsibilities
Analytics:
• Assess firstrepublic.com site health metrics on a regular basis, identify and report out trends, provide recommendations for content, design, navigation enhancements.
• Respond to adhoc analytics requests.
SEO:
• Collaborate with outside agencies and stakeholders to develop strategy, manage/lead/track implementation and measure effectiveness of SEO.
• Monitor and respond to SEO issues.
• Create SEO best practices documentation for publishers on firstrepublic.com.
Accessibility:
• Stay informed on Accessibility guidelines and updates.
• Guide accessibility audit on public website and act as SME for digital partners.
• Educate internal audiences on best practices.
• Drive accessibility related updates forward.
• Develop and present quarterly/annual reporting.
Web Governance and Risk:
• Manage web governance and risk related areas and coordinate between internal stakeholders.
• Work with internal teams to stay informed of issues that introduce risk to First Republic web properties.
• Work with internal stakeholders to maintain risk-related response guide, third party vendor list, domains.
• Represent team on website risk-related processes and testing, involves occasional weekend and/or evening work.
• Manage and audit CMS user access/roles.
• Assess technology and trends to enhance our public website.
Qualifications
Minimum:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, including Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• At least 5 years of business experience and 3+ years within a Digital Marketing function or team.
• Proven success implementing SEO best practices, including technical tasks, on-platform and off-platform optimization.
• Experience working with SEO platforms and measurement tools.
• Experience working with a content management solution in a medium to large enterprise.
• Experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and/or other analytics tools
• Highly analytical. Ability to identify key data points and translate into actionable results and optimization recommendations. Solid understanding of key performance indicators, dashboard reporting and performance measurement.
• Knowledge of online/digital accessibility and web governance guidelines and best practices.
• Experience ensuring website conforms to accessibility best practices
• Experience managing projects with broad scope and multiple cross-company stakeholders.
• Understanding of Web governance principles and best practices and able to manage broad cross-company stakeholders to ensure best practices are maintained.
• Effective communicator. Ability to articulate an issue or opportunity in both quantitative and qualitative terms, and develop & deliver articulate, clear communications, both verbally and in written form, that resonates with a variety of audiences.
• Intuitive and people-savvy, capable of understanding, navigating, and influencing in a complex organization.
• Strong Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines, consistent/flawless follow through, flexible and able to shift gears and move fast.
• Experience working with agency partners.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Provide extraordinary service to our clients – business units, partners.
• Ready to hit the ground running in all areas.
Preferred:
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience working with Siteimprove, Sitecore.
• Experience working in different analytics platforms.
• SEO Certification.
• Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industry.
• Experience with a client-focused luxury brand.
