Summary of Role
Serves as project manager for the Dynamic Audit Solution and OnPoint Preparation, Compilation and Review applications, and other related initiatives. Works together with Project Director to lead and coordinate work across multiple teams and organizations.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Develops a work breakdown structure and project plan
• Works with team leads to develop detailed task plans, delegating as appropriate
• Sets up metrics and dashboard
• Monitors and addresses schedule and other variances
• Produces periodic status reports
• Organizes and administers project onboarding
• Plans and manages external dependencies with vendors and other partners
• Coordinates and manages purchases of project-related materials
• Tracks and reports project costs against budget
• Proactively manages project risks and issues
• Sets up and administers project-level procedures and controls
• Holds teams and individuals accountable to their commitments
• Provides front line support to project teams for project infrastructure platforms, such as Google Drive and Jira

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
• Proven track record of successfully leading projects, and a history of growing responsibilities
• Proficiency in technical project management skills to break down work and produce a project schedule
• Ability to manage proactively across multiple constituencies, including third parties
• Strong analytical and cross-group collaboration skills to drive project management consensus.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse groups in a cross functional organization.
• Ability to leverage others' skillsets in project management.
• Solid understanding of the intersection between stakeholders needs, technology and business processes.
• Ability to think several steps ahead and recognize implications of actions.
• Ability to recognize and efficiently manage relationships and implication of different initiatives and the opportunities or conflicts they might create.
• Ability to create or improve work processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Visio).
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education
• At least 4-6 years relevant project management experience
• Experience managing large software development projects
• Experience managing multi-team and multi-organizational projects
• Bachelors degree
• Experience using and customing Jira or equivalent tools
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education
• Accounting or finance experience
• Experience working in a CPA firm
• Project managing in an Agile process
• Experience with CaseWare’s Smart Engagement platform
