Job Summary
Working with moderate supervision, the Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for managing multiple large marketing campaigns and other business driving projects each month relying heavily on effective project management skills to be efficient and process-driven .
Ensures execution of various components of the project management life cycle, processes, milestone gates, required artifacts, communication, issues management and all aspects of project delivery. Additionally, the Marketing Campaign Manager should continually assess the business needs and solutions to ensure the project is managed in terms of scope, time and cost.
The Marketing Campaign Manager continues to evolve in the project management discipline and is gaining expertise in the organization. The role serves as the point of contact for all parties including the business lines, management, team members and third parties (vendors).
The Marketing Campaign Manager needs to possess an evolving understanding of the campaigns they're managing and the business lines they support, at an industry and market level, allowing them to incorporate key elements into an initiative.
Compliance Statement
Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesn’t meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management. This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including Human Resources or Corporate Security, or can be reported through Associated’s anonymous Ethics Hotline.

Job Accountabilities
• Facilitates and leads teams on the successful execution and implementation of marketing campaigns using Associated Bank's marketing project management methodology. Promotes and advocates a collaborative team environment by coaching and mentoring colleagues focusing on leveraging colleague strengths.
• Controls projects through the use of marketing campaign strategy decks, project plans, creative briefs and other project management and planning artifacts to adhere to the “triple constraints”: Time (schedule), Resources (people and financial) and Scope while delivering on the specific business objectives set forth in the campaign strategy.
• Follows marketing campaign project management methodology which includes, but is not limited to: creative brief, campaign strategy documentation, campaign tactic development, CMO/sponsor presentation of campaign assets for review and approval, project plan development, campaign and workstream steering meetings and campaign launch.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues as needed.
• Develops detailed project plans, as well as manage and transparently report on project status and ensures timely completion of special project assignments that vary in scope and level of responsibility while quickly adapting to changing requirements.
• Oversees the ongoing review of project(s) status; identifies risks and developments, recommends and implements solutions as appropriate.
• Methodically plans, analyzes and schedules multiple interrelated tasks and / or initiatives based upon their value, scope, schedule and resource requirements.
• Defines and oversees required research and analytical tasks to define project requirements, achieve project objectives, acquire data, and ensure high quality execution
• Analyzes requests for feasibility and cost benefit.
• Facilitate, manage and participates in third party selection and review third party contracts in conjunction with legal counsel. Follows Third Party Management Process.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Business, Required
Experience
2-4 years Banking, Business or Project Management. Work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts of Project Management., Required
• 2-4 years Marketing/agency traffic experience with large scale marketing campaigns in the banking or retail space., Preferred
