Description
The Commercial Painter role will be responsible for painting the interior and exterior of structures, buildings and other surfaces.
The role will respond to retail branch and back office request work orders and have a routine schedule of work orders throughout Citizens Bank portfolio within an assigned geography area of locations in Ohio. Pay for this full time opportunity is up to $25 per hourand comes with a company vehicle, iPad, all supplies and tools required to perform the responsibilities of the role.
Additional responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
• Making on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures etc.
• Preparing walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
• Filling cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster)
• Mixing paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture
• Applying varnish and other finishes
• Communicating in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers.
• Maintaining inventory of supplies, tools and materials.
• Responsibility for maintaining bank vehicle.
Qualifications
Experience and Skills:
• 2 or more years of general painting experience
• Excellent knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them
• Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques
• Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns etc.)
• Conscientious with great attention to detail.
• Competent use of MS Office applications to include MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to travel as required
• Good written and communications skills
Education and Licenses:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License required
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
