In this exciting part-time entry level customer service position employees work to strengthen our relationships with our valued Discover Card members. Successful agents can expect to become a full-time Specialty Team within six to twelve months!
In this inbound customer service position great candidates must have: A helpful and friendly customer service focused attitude. An ability to connect and engage, on a short phone call, with our valued Discover Card members.
No specific experience is required. If you have provided GREAT Customer Service in any of the following areas, we would love to meet you:
• Retail
• Sales
• Food Service
• Hospitality/Hotel
• Seasonal Jobs
• Fast Food
Work Schedule:
• Part-Time 25-29 hours per week between the hours of 8:00AM-6:00PM.
• Weekend and holiday scheduling is required to meet business needs.
Training Schedule:
• Paid training will be 8 weeks long Monday–Friday from 9:00AM – 3:30 PM.
• No time off allowed during training.
• Two Saturdays are required during the training period.
Pay starts at $14.25 per hour plus weekend shift differential.
Please note this part-time customer service position is scheduled to start October 22, 2018.
