Job Purpose: Provide Administrative support to the Leadership team
Primary Responsibilities: Provides standard & routine clerical & administrative support which would include using Microsoft Word & Excel.
Examples:
• data entry
• ordering supplies
• opening & sorting mail
• copying, filing, faxing
• answering and routing phone calls
• screening and greeting visitors
• Coordinating and scheduling travel
• Preparing agendas & making arrangements for meetings & special events
• Submission of expense reports for leadership team
• Managing office and conference room calendar
• Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
• GED or HS diploma
• Some working knowledge of administrative support, or other relevant experience required
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email
• Able to be in the office during standard business hours
• Limited local travel
