POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr. Director of Integrated Solutionsand Productivity will lead a regional team of TIAA product specialists (Integrated Solutions Directors) and business development coaches tasked with maximizing the effectiveness and success of the advisory teams we serve. The Sr. Director oversees and coordinates the efforts of our Integrated Sales Directors and Coaches as they seek to enhance the skills, knowledge and practice management routines of our Wealth Management Advisors.
• Coaches and motivates a team of Integrated Solutions Directors and advisory Coaches to maximize client success while achieving IAS’ business forecasts.
• Coordinates with regional and local leadership to identify opportunities created by advisory team knowledge, experience and skill gaps.
• Collaborates on and implements upon strategies to improve results and client outcomes.
• Provides Weekly sales reporting to IAS Managing Directors and IAS Directors
• Creates integrated solutions strategies and designs appropriate education and implementation resources for Integrated Solutions Directors, sales and service channels
• Advocates and is responsible for the client experience across solutions
• Acts as the primary point of contact from distribution to product development and management and investment management teams ensuring the Advisor and Client experience.
• Responsible for coordinating product and investment education/updates/communication as needed for Integrated Solutions Directors and sales roles across channels.
• Responsible for increasing integrated solution adoption, per scorecard metrics, among Advisors in assigned region.
• Provides key input and feedback towards product development and distribution, consults on execution plans.
• Identifies productivity increases, best practices and coaches team to scale successes
• Ensures Integrated Solutions Directors are utilizing TIAA's broad range of resources and cultivating partnerships, including estate planning, portfolio management and insurance planning.
• Evaluates assigns and monitors Integrated Solutions Directors territories.
• Incorporates TIAA's overall strategy and approach while developing strategic plans and goals for the territory
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5-10+ years of experience in a similar leadership capacity
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Series 7, 66 & 24 licenses required. Applicable Insurance licenses strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience understanding a client's unique financial situation, providing appropriate advice and solutions, and exhibiting financial leadership.
• Must be able to demonstrate expert knowledge of financial planning concepts including broad knowledge industry products and services as well as having thorough knowledge of the retirement industry including ERISA regulations, compliance and regulatory matters.
• Industry designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Mutual Fund Consultant (CMFC) are also preferred
