Description
Position Goals:
Responsible to retain and expand existing trust relationships and acquire new trust clients by identifying, developing and managing larger and complex personal trust relationships. Takes an enhanced role in developing and acquiring new trust business.
Management Received:
Manager, Trust Administration.
Management Exercised:
May be assigned to manage Trust Advisors based on work location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Administer larger and more sensitive Personal Trust accounts with total annual fee revenue in excess of $500,000.
2. Serve as back up to the Personal Trust Location Manager and assume responsibilities in their absence
3. Mentor and assist other officers and staff in the administration of client accounts.
4. Ensure compliance with federal, local and company policies and procedures.
5. Develop new business prospects and confer with potential customers.

Requirements
Position Requirements:
Education - Bachelors degree or equivalent in management, business or related field.
Experience - Over five (5) years of related management experience at the senior level.
