Perform complex processing, report generation, and reconcilements within the scope of designated area of Trust Services: Systems, Support, and/or Operations. Provide advanced-level support to other areas of Wealth Management. Participate in and/or drive departmental projects as well as maintain departmental processes and procedures. Perform non-management back-up functions of the Section Coordinator as necessary / appropriate.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Trust Services – Systems
Processes or performs Trust Systems functions which may include the following:
1. Route processing requests
2. Facilitate system enhancement implementation
3. Completes critical reconcilements
4. Review and explain exception and variance reports
5. Oversee/coordinate all aspects of client statement production and mailing
6. Create/run reports
7. Complete check and customer form production daily
Trust Services – Support
Processes or performs Trust Support functions which may include the following:
1. Establish new Trust accounts including reviewing documentation for correctness.
2. Maintain Pension system information including participant, name and address, and payment records
3. Build receipts and/or disbursements to and from client accounts
4. Fee creation and processing
5. Facilitate the payment of client bills, invoices, and tax payments
6. Insurance processing on Real Estate held in Trust accounts.
Trust Operations
Processes or performs Trust Operations functions which may include the following:
1. Set up and maintain assets held in Trust accounts
2. Coordinate the transfer of assets in to or out of Trust accounts
3. Perform complex research and resolve balancing discrepancies
4. Class Action Processing – researching, filing, and distributing proceeds
5. Complete error correction requests
6. Clear asset reconciliation exceptions

Processes or performs other Trust related functions which may include the following:
1. Perform complex processing and provide advanced support Trust Administration, Investments, and/ or Trust Management with minimal supervision
2. Participate in and/or coordinate departmental projects
3. Review, revise, and create procedures for processing area(s)
4. Serve as back-up to other staff and Section Coordinator as necessary
5. Maintain/develop procedures related to areas of responsibility.
6. Serve as primary resource for Section Coordinators
Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications
1. Associate’s Degree or related experience required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. Two or more years of in-department experience or three or more years experience in related field
3. Proficient computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and/or related software
4. Minimal travel may be required
