Job Description
Enterprise Services, a division of Allstate Brand Operations (ABO), drives operational efficiencies and enhances productivity across the enterprise, supporting internal and external customers, our agency force and employees. The ABO Integration Leader will play a critical role serving as a catalyst to transition operational work to ABO both domestically and globally.
What You Will Do:
Develop, champion and execute the strategy to enhance business and operations capabilities at Allstate talent centers, both domestically and within our Global In-House Centers (GICs). This is an opportunity to directly impact results both at the enterprise and business unit levels, by developing whole system solutions and facilitating integrated collaboration.

This role represents an opportunity for a high potential leader to accelerate growth in strategic development, cost optimization, service delivery improvement, relationship management, business integration, change management and emerging capabilities design. In addition, this leader will gain valuable insights and experience associated with internal operations, global/international organizations, practices, talent and develop critical cross-cultural leadership competencies.
Key responsibilities

• Position a domestic and global delivery operating model as an enabler for key enterprise level initiatives
◦ Market and advocate ABO capabilities for Business Area ERS plans and tactics (including GIC)
◦ Partner with Business Areas/AORs to leverage ABO benefits for cost structure transformation strategies and tactics (including GIC)
◦ Partner with Business Areas/AORs to leverage ABO talent availability for emerging capabilities and service improvement strategies and tactics (including GIC)
• Provide thought leadership and design contributions to the long range maturity model for ABO - Enterprise Service capabilities and Allstate GICs
• Sponsor, manage and successfully execute ongoing and planned transitions to Allstate talent centers and GIC sites
• Sponsor the development of domain expertise, quality, training and operations excellence capabilities both domestically and globally
• Build and maintain relationships with Allstate executive stakeholders to define domestic and global optimization opportunities
• Guide enterprise leadership in managing key success factors, change management, program management and risks associated with implementation of a domestic and strategy
• Provide leadership in articulating a long-term operating model for ABO drawing upon location and talent strategy, current and future technologies, product roadmaps and customer insights
Job Qualifications
Skills You Should Have:
• Ability to set strategic vision and direction as derived from the overall strategy of the organization
• Experience leading, influencing and achieving results in a broad matrix organization and/or globally
• 8 + years of operational leadership and/or consulting experience
• Proven ability to lead large-scale change management initiatives
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to seek efficiencies across a large organization
• Demonstrated ability to foster productive and sustainable business partner relationships
• Must have a strong business operational acumen to measure impact
• Ability to collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and talent
• Demonstrated competency for enterprise and business processing, operational risk management and compliance best practices
