Senior Director of Strategic Business Analysis
Based in our Savannah, GA corporate office
The Senior Director of Strategic Business Analysis will be located in our Savannah corporate office and be an extension of our Finance team located in Carrollton, TX. This role will report to our President with a strong dotted line to the CEO. We are seeking someone with a comprehensive understanding of key business drivers and financial models that enable the delivery of insightful and valuable analysis along with being a sound business partner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform financial analysis, developing, implementing, and employing financial metrics and sourcing data for new report processes and trend analyses.
Own, develop, streamline, and maintain financial models, yield analysis, store optimization, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and reporting processes; as well as oversee the continued development of a robust set of static pool/vintage analytics, metrics, and reporting.
Provide effective and timely financial information and business analytics and information to executive leadership to ensure the organization is effectively meeting the strategic operating plan and adherence to the long-term roadmap.
Work with executive leadership to include the President and/or CEO to be a strong business adviser and develop intermediate and long-term strategies.

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or business administration required
• MBA preferred
• 10+ years’ experience with accounting/finance with expertise specific to financial planning and analysis and strong leadership skills
• Strong financial, strategic, analytical, and project management skills
• Experience with and fluent in FP&A and all general finance matters with a mid to large size company
• Executive presence with the ability to confidently deliver structured presentations to high-level management
• Capable of presenting complex financial information and concepts in an easy-to-understand format
• Proven expertise in business analyses (including budgeting and forecasting) within a multi-unit retail business or consumer finance environment is required to be successful in this role
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required
• Standing, walking, sitting, repetitive, movements, and use of mechanical controls, such as keyboard, are frequently required
Bonus Qualifications:
• Experience with Hyperion or Essbase
• CPA certification
• Investor Relations experience
• Public company experience is a plus
