Job Description
SAG Loan Administration Analyst
The SAG Administration Loan Administration Analyst is responsible for assisting SAG officers in the facilitation of a portfolio of loans from initial transfer (board) into SAG to full payoff/foreclosure or other disposition. Independently analyze and validate information provided in RECAPS and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and laws. Independently analyze and validate information in various bank reports and databases for standard, moderate and complex loans.
Responsibilities:
Risk Management
• Request loan documentation from internal and external sources, reviews for accuracy and prepare new loan transfers.
• Order Certificates of Good Standing, Flood Certificates and UCC services firms while interacting with internal and external sources, including clients.
• Prepare for Note Sales by coordinating the execution of Confidentially Agreements and marketing packages.
• Work with key stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements are satisfied, escalates non-compliance concerns.
May also support SBA and/or ORE
SBA
• Prepare and submit 7a loan guaranty purchase packages, SBA Express packages, CPC (for liquidated loans), and charge-off packages to the SBA.
• Conduct inquires, as directed by SAG Officers, of the SBA, order site visits and prepare Offers in Compromise.
• Work with the SBA to recover the full amount of expenses submitted.
ORE
• Coordinate and organize pre-foreclosure criteria, assist ORE management with start-to-finish ORE procedures.
• Utilize knowledge of end-to-end loan process to review, analyze and interpret information to determine requirements to foreclose.
• Make quality and timely decision regarding conflicting information.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies, procedures related to loan foreclosure
Analysis: Report Preparation
• Prepare and distribute the monthly Set Aside, Stop Notice, Foreclosure Status, Foreclosure Registry reports monthly.
• Research payments, loan histories, expenses and reimbursements as needed.
• Prepare additional reports when requested.
• Assist SAG officers in identifying and resolving process or business-related obstacles for problem resolution; collaborate with suppliers, e.g., appraisers, environmental companies, title and insurance companies, etc. and internal bank departments to obtain pre-documentation due diligence.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies A21, RE-3, RE10, and RE17 s and procedures related to loan foreclosure and DIL prospects.
• Prepare and submit reports to SBA and internal resources, including the semi-annual Loan Report.
• Complete and submit cost benefit analysis to management.
Analysis: Database input
• Prepare broker agreements, purchase and sales contracts, sale addendums, assignments and LLC documents, internal forms, general ledger certification, income/expense tracking.
• Maintain database to house ORE files, document expense tracking, income and holding costs.
• Complete document preparation: broker agreements, purchase and sales contracts, sale addendums, assignments and LLC documents, internal forms, general ledger certification, income/expense tracking.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies A21, RE-3, RE10, and RE17 s and procedures related to loan foreclosure and DIL prospects.
Relationship Management:
• Assist SAG officers in identifying and resolving process or business-related obstacles for problem resolution; collaborate with suppliers, e.g., appraisers, environmental companies, title and insurance companies, etc. and internal bank departments to obtain pre-documentation due diligence.
• Communicate with internal and external legal counsel, brokers, 3rd party vendors, title/escrow companies.
• Has direct communication, verbally and in writing, with customers, title and insurance companies, SAG Officers, internal legal counsel, Treasury Management and credit staff, and other internal departments so that account actions, including statement preparation, report analysis, copies of checks, interest billing, overdrafts and documents may be produced on demand.
• Coordinate signatures, updating of insurances, tax payment, entity documentation and reimbursement of fees and recordings.
Travel
Travel is not required for this position.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma and/or GED
• 5 years of experience in Banking or Financial services environment
• 3 years of experience Real Estate, SBA or loan analysis
• 3 years of experience in loan documentation
• 3 years of experience in analytical analysis
