Position TitleDSO Systems & Reporting Analyst

Job Summary The DSO Systems & Reporting Analyst will ensure the servicing systems, including MSP, LoanSphere, etc., are maintained to ensure compliance and support fulfilment of reporting requests. This includes the day-to-day review and completion of:
• on-going loan-level updates in bulk for daily maintenance and regular data cleanup,
• programming of letters in MSP On-Line LetterWriter (OLLW) and connectivity to print vendor(s),
• connectivity to IT Security on all access requests for Default Servicing Operations (DSO) and vendors,
• connectivity to IT Servicing on projects and BKFS items,
• connectivity to Servicing Administration Servicing Support (SASS) on system updates requiring their completion or Change Control approval, and
• connectivity to Corporate Management Information Systems and Analytics (CMISA) for the completion of ad hoc and recurring data requests – primarily supporting audit fulfilment.
This primary goal of this role is to streamline, automate, and complete bulk tasks for other business units within DSO and provide support for mapping ad hoc and recurring reporting requests.
Job Responsibilities:
• 30% of time: Manages MSP Scripts and Transactions (6+) to maintain data integrity within MSP for daily processes including Loss Mitigation Mail Process or data validation and maintenance. Identifies errors and resolves through investigative techniques.
• 25% of time: Creates ad-hoc report mapping and analysis. Partners with CMISA to build, change, develop reporting to meet internal audit, regulatory affairs business needs.
• 20% of time: Programs DSO letters within MSP based on data from letter librarian and print vendors to ensure accuracy. Validates for vendor execution through regular communication.
• 15% of time: Audit system validation reporting by mapping reporting and reviewing/auditing daily/weekly reports. Communicates with internal and external teams (Fannie, Freddie, HUD) to ensure data quality in servicing and user access systems such as RSA, VALERI, etc. is accurate.
• 10% of time: Active in collaborating with other default servicing teams to assist in the continued development of a best in class default servicing operation.
Job Requirements:
• HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree Required with field of study in Business, Computer Science, Economics Preferred or 10 years of Comparable Work Experience.
• Required: Significant experience in leveraging and manipulating servicing systems (BKFS LoanSphere, MSP, and other Black Knight systems)
• 7+ years of specialized experience with servicing systems, including MSP/BKFS LoanSphere all within Mortgage Servicing
• Proficient in risk, compliance and regulatory & investor requirements
• Proven ability to perform critical operational analysis.
• Strong problem solving & strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
• Exceptional written and oral communication including facilitation & summarization skills to drive action and results
• Must be highly organized and have a strong attention to detail including the ability to create and maintain documentation
• Ability to work with, lead and consult with all levels in the organization up to and including executives
• Have an innate ability to understand very complex processes and systems, immediately and intuitively understanding how they work and how they can be improved
• Adjusts positively to quickly-changing priorities and shifting goals
• Strong ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast pace environment
• Strong Excel and other database management skills.
• Some travel required - Up to 15% on an as needed basis
