Overview
Responsible for delivering a superior customer experience in the financial center while producing results that align with business objectives and priorities. Will have direct accountability to bring in new client relationships to both the branch and the market. Will be responsible to support and lead a team that will execute an internal sales and service plan to retain and expand profitable customer relationships, to maximize financial center growth. Will inspire and create a motivating work environment. Oversee all daily branch functions of the Financial Center which includes operational compliance, internal audit and security policies and procedures. Maintain a strong focus on external business development within the market and involvement within the communities we serve to achieve maximum growth and profitability for the Bank.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties
• Develop and implement a sound business plan to focus on proactive and innovative branch initiatives to promote branch growth, customer retention and achievement of all annual production goals, key objectives and priorities. Retain and grow customer relationships as a trusted advisor within the Financial Center. Within current client base determine customer account potential, establish sales goals for those accounts, and utilize FFC's sales management process, to create plans and monitor progress of sales and service team. Provides solutions and advice to improve client's financial well-being. Maintains and develops relationships with existing small business customers to continually deepen those relationships and achieve small business goals. Serve as a partner to all lines of business for customer acquisition, cross-sell and retention. Grow portfolio of assigned loans and deposits. Prioritizes, manages, and communicates promotional campaigns and initiatives. Drives and demonstrates ownership in financial center success.
• Drives results through the development and retention of a high performing sales and service team through leadership and coaching in all aspects of sales, service and operational excellence. Utilize the coaching and feedback models, performance management and the guiding values of the Fulton Experience to reinforce expected behaviors and goal achievement. Collaboratively establishes performance expectations and development plans that lead to sales, service and operational success for each member of the team. Recruits, hires and retains the most qualified employees to ensure a diverse and engaged workforce. May manage a more complex team including licensed and universal bankers. Coordinate the onboarding and engagement of new employees to the Financial Center. Ensures common and consistent communication messages that support the strategic goals of the Bank and leads the team through organizational change.
• Ensure Financial Center's compliance with bank procedures, internal controls, and FFC Code of Conduct. Assesses and effectively manages all of the risks associated with the Financial Center's activities to ensure they are in alignment with the bank’s risk appetite and risk management framework. Serve as escalation point for customer feedback to ensure a positive experience. Leads effective problem resolution.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience. Specialty: Business or equivalent. (Required)
Experience
5 or more years Financial services, banking, sales, or the equivalent. (Required)
5 or more years Retail or consumer banking. (Preferred)
3 or more years Sales management, leadership and operations, risk management, or the equivalent. (Required)
