This position will be responsible for preventing and limiting debit, consumer credit, and commercial credit card losses to the bank through prevention, early detection, and investigative processes. In addition this position will handle incoming customer calls with questions on their debit cards, credit cards, and corporate cards. Some of these tasks would be taking lost/stolen reports and necessary maintenance or questions on these products.
Functions of the position include reviewing of account activities, taking appropriate measures to minimize risk and loss to the bank, and complying with Visa, MasterCard, and federal regulations.
The position is expected to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Quality and production standards should be met.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Overtime as Needed and Some Holiday's are Required
Education:
Work Experience 2+ years in related field
High School degree w/ some continuing education or work experience preferred
Knowledge of Association and Federal Regulations Preferred
Charge back Experience Preferred
Self Starter with ability to work without direct supervision
