The QA Analyst is a key team member of the Finance Reinsurance team at AXA US, which transacts approximately $1B in premiums and claims with our global reinsurance partners. The primary focus of this position is to support the execution of the audit program and various compliance and review projects for the AXA US reinsurance portfolio, spanning various lines of business including Life, Annuity, Disability, Accident & Health, Aviation & Space, for policies reinsured between our partners and all AXA Financial entities: AXA Equitable, AXA Life and Annuity, MONY Life of America, US Financial Life, and AXA Arizona Re. This will include participating in field and desk audit reviews, data mining analysis and strategies, and using various tools to create, analyze and report results. Some travel will be required. QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors degree
• 3-5 years of business experience
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Access and Excel skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills with internal / external stakeholders
• Business knowledge in areas of insurance / reinsurance are a plus, but not necessary
• Previous work and experience in audit and compliance are a plus, but not necessary
• Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
