This is what it takes to be successful:
• Ability to represent Zions Bank as a principal Treasury Relationship Manager for new and existing loan portfolio clients.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by generating, managing and servicing the treasury needs of clients.
• Call on existing loan clients to review overall treasury relationship and make recommendations.
• Responsible for properly aligning loan clients with treasury products, which fit their ongoing needs.
• Solicit the sale of additional products and services to meet clients' needs.
• Develop and implement marketing plans for expanding business.
• Remain well versed in industrial, economic and financial situations relating to assigned clients.
• Ability to work independently, self-directed & organized.
Qualifications
What you bring to the table:
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or other related field.
• 2+ years of experience in banking, product sales, lending or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
• Working knowledge of banking products and procedures, especially treasury management.
• Strong sales, client product and relationship management skills.
• Strong influence, relationship building ability and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to expand client relationships and bank products.
• Experience in cross-selling other financial services products.
• Good analytical and negotiation skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
