JOB SUMMARY
Under the general direction of a Business Solutions Manager or Team Lead, the Systems Analyst II translates business requirements into technical solutions. Participates in the vendor selection process. Provides input into technical assessments of vendor applications and acts as a liaison between vendor solutions and internal technical teams. Creates impact analyses on work orders and projects from a technical perspective. Completes and designs technical requirements documents. Understands and documents impacts of planned system/vendor solutions and potential risks/limitations. Directs work of variable staffing solutions.
Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesn’t meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management. This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including Human Resources or Corporate Security, or can be reported through Associated’s anonymous Ethics Hotline.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Translate easy to medium business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in vendor selection processes and provide input into technical assessments of vendor applications.
• Direct work of variable staffing solutions.
• Follow SDLC methodology on project assignments and create needed technical documents.
• Create impact analysis on work orders and projects from a technical perspective.
• Create reports/queries to access device logs. Perform proactive application performance management.
• Complete and design technical requirement documents.
• Act as a liaison between vendor solutions and internal technical teams.
• Understand and document impacts of planned systems/vendor solutions and potential risks or limitations.
• Document medium to complex system flows.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Financial services industry
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Financial services industry
Required Experience: 2-4 years of Information Technology experience
Preferred Experience: 4-7 years of Information Technology experience with financial systems experience
Preferred Experience: 2 years Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle Methodology
