Formalize our offerings, value propositions, delivery model, artifacts and team structure for the Technology PMO organization.
Maximize Gross Margin
• Identify new operational efficiencies in order to maximize gross margin.
• Oversee project resourcing to ensure project success and maximum billability.
• Ensure timely and profitable service delivery across the business unit.
• Review and evaluate reports to track activities and service level attainment. Utilize report data to adjust business line strategy as needed.
• Provide business line reports and strategy updates to the Managing Director on a regular basis.
People Management
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, onboarding, mentoring, motivation and management of staff.
• Craft and maintain succession plans for central positions. Work with management team to ensure succession and/or growth and development plans are in place for their teams.
• Create and support employee development and training programs.
• Actively participate in the Personnel Review Process. Provide regular performance feedback to personnel, and communicate the importance of the process to the business line. Hold management team accountable to established expectations regarding frequency and documentation.
Project Delivery Management
• Develop or continuously enhance JLL’s Technology Solutions Project Delivery methodology.
• Ensure projects are completed according to company specifications and schedules and ensure that project goals/progress are properly documented.
• Provide in depth functional subject matter expertise and ability to direct clients through decision making processes for all areas of technology deployment.
• Leverage data and metrics to provide client and JLL success.
• Support use of the organizational tools to improve project delivery and client support.
• Maintain outstanding relationships with vendors and customers to understand requirements and monitor in relation to cost, quality, and schedules.
