The B2B Proposals and Commercial Internal Communications Manager will oversee the systematic delivery of B2B proposals and written client and prospect responses to RFPs, as well as working closely with the Commercial Product and Strategies Manager to create and deliver effective internal communications throughout the Commercial Line of Business.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, management, journalism, public relations, business administration, communication studies, or related field; the ideal candidate will have a combination of finance and communications in their background
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, proposal creation, communications or project management
• Understanding of the financial industry would be an advantage
• Analytic/problem solving skills that can be applied collaboratively to problems of varying complexity
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; strong attention to detail in writing and editing documents
• Effective interpersonal skills, proficiency at prioritization, proven experience with simultaneously managing multiple projects, and demonstrated success in adhering to schedules and deadlines
• High aptitude for designing and implementing operational processes to prioritize workflow and appropriate resource allocation
• Must work well in a team environment, excellent interpersonal skills to engage senior professionals and coordinate with resources across the company
• Demonstrated skills and results in developing, managing and delivering communications and engagement programs in multi-stakeholder environment
• Expertise in communications concepts, practices, strategies and technologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and have a willingness to learn new computer software
Preferred Skills/Experience
• Knowledge of change management principles
• Previous management experience, including the ability to influence and engage team members and peers
• Strategic mind-set, with big-picture thinking that imagines future scenarios and creates strategies to address those scenarios
• Experience with Salesforce.com
Position may be hired at a level 1 or 2 based on experience and qualifications.
